PERU - Ibrahim Dergham, 55, Plattsburgh was unable to stop at the intersection of Bear Swamp Road and Route 9 Feb. 1, and hit a car driven by 55-year-old Deborah Spooner, AuSable Chasm.
Spooner was transported to CVPH Medical Center with moderate burns on her chest. Dergham received tickets for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to reduce speed.
