ROUSES POINT - The Rouses Point-Champlain Historical Society will have an evening with Dr. John B. Southwick March 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the American Legion Montgomery Post 912 on Pratt Street.
Southwick will share his experiences as a local medical doctor, his time spent in the military and share some Civil War letters and photos he has acquired.
