PLATTSBURGH - Howard Perez, 21, Rouses Point, pleaded guilty to DWI and fourth-degree grand larceny following a car crash in October.
Perez was arrested after he stole a car, drove drunk and crashed it shortly thereafter. Perez will now face up to three years in prison. Sentencing is March 11.
