Wallingford crash DUI

On Jan. 26, Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Vermont Route 140 in Wallingford. While investigating the crash it was found that the operator of the vehicle David Perrin had been drinking. Perrin was screened for driving under the influence as a result of this investigation Perrin was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and transported to the Vermont State Police barracks in Rutland. Perrin was processed for the violation and released on a citation to appear at the Rutland District Court.
