Vehicle 1, being operated by Shirley Holcomb, 50, of Brandon was attempting to enter Route 7 from McKinley Avenue in Rutland Town. Vehicle 2, operated by Shirley Small, 19, of Massachusetts was traveling south on Route 7. Holcomb entered onto Route 7 and collided with Small causing moderate damage to both vehicles. Small was transported to RRMC with non life threatening injuries. Holcomb advised that she did not see Small's car before entering onto Route 7.
