It’s been a program that has instilled confidence and self esteem into a lot of children as well as the chance to perform for family and friends and hear the applause and see the ovations at the end of each show.
Over the past weekend, the junior performance took place (the senior performance took place a week earlier). Each night, the Whallonsburg Grange was filled with more and more people, with a standing-room-only crowd for the Sunday matinee show.
So, with all of the choices that my children have in the summer, my hats off to those of BRTF who give them the chance to be creative, funny and inspiring for five weeks in July and August. It’s time well spent.
