Orwell — Vermont State Police are investigating a burglary near Main Street in Orwell at approximately 4 a.m. Aug. 12.
An unknown person or persons broke into the business and went through the business.
State Police believe this to be connected with several other break ins along Route 22A in both Vergennes and Benson.
Victims of the crime were identified as Stephen Buxton, Louise Carlotto, and Marion Downey
