SCHENECTADY — Jacqueline Hoey of Au Sable Forks shot her personal best 77 in the 14th Annual Schenectady Gazette Capital District Junior N.I.E. Golf Championship, held Aug. 5 at Schenectady Municipal Golf Course in Schenectady. Hoey finished third with rounds of 37 and 40, 3 strokes behind Bailey Cocca of Latham who won with a 74 and Grace Ziamandanis of the Slingerlands who shot a 76.
