Warrensburg Town Court Report

• Christina F. Burch, 31, of Johnson Rd., Adirondack, was convicted of Driving while Ability Impaired, a misdemeanor. She received a conditional discharge in the case, based on a Jan. 17 incident. Burch was ordered to attend a victim impact session. Her license is suspended for 90 days.

• Leah M. Printy, 38, of county Rte. 29, Olmstedville, pled Guilty to DWI and she was sentenced to 60 hours of community service, and ordered to pay a fine and surcharge totaling $900. Printy was sentenced to probation for three years, and ordered to have an ignition interlock device installed in her vehicle. Also, she is required to attend a victim impact session, plus pay a fine and surcharge of $900. Her license was revoked for six months.

• Glen Germain, 25, of Glen-Athol Rd., Thurman, was awarded a conditional discharge after he pled guilty to third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He was ordered to pay $285 to the court.

• Yurnio Jimeney, 41, of the Bronx, pled guilty to speeding 75 miles per hour in a 65 m.p.h. zone. Police recorded Jimeney on radar traveling 94 miles per hour in his vehicle.

• The case of Lynn Bennett, facing a charge of Insurance Fraud, was adjourned to May 11.

• The case of Matthew B. Shelton, 29, Stony Creek, was adjourned to May 11. He is charged with third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation based on a April 4 traffic stop.
