LAKE GEORGE-Michael F. Jeske, age 37, was released from Warren County Correctional Facility December 2010, and provided an address of Warren County Division of Social Services, 1340 St Route 9, Lake George NY.
Jeske, a level two sex offender, failed to notify Warren County Sheriff's Office and the New York Sex Offender Registry that he had changed his residence from the given address.
Jeske was arrested on a class D felony charge for failure to register, in violation of section 168 subdivision f-4 of the correction law of the state of New York and on a felony charge for failure to sign and return address verification as required by the division of criminal justice sex offense registry. Jeske had one prior failure to register conviction in July 2011 in Warren County Court.
Michael Jeske was arraigned in Queensbury Town Court and remanded to Warren County Correctional Facility with no bail.
