RUTLAND-The Friends of the Rutland Free Library Annual meeting will be held on Monday, May 9, at 7 p.m. in the Fox Room of the Rutland Free Library. Peg Lucci will speak on "Happiness is a Choice." Lucci is a personal development coach and motivational speaker. A short business meeting to elect new board members and officers will begin the evening. This event is free and impaired accessible. Refreshments will be served.
