QUEENSBURY - Timothy T. Lafountain, 53, of county Route 10 in Corinth was arrested last week and charged with felony driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on Upper Sherman Avenue, police records show.
He was charged with felony DWI because he has at least two prior DWI convictions within the last 10 years, according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
Lafountain was convicted of felony DWI in Saratoga County Court in 2005 for a March 2004 arrest in Malta, police records show. He was sentenced to 5 years on probation.
