Thank yous go out to everyone who sent cards, flowers during this correspondent's hospital stay. Thanks so much for the prayers, visits, calls, good wishes and for all the thoughtful things that friends and neighbors accomplished. Special thanks to Ray and Red who delivered wood, cut and split it, then stacked it in my woodshed.
Appreciation also goes to my girls who made many trips to the hospital during all the winter storms. And thanks also go to Adirondack Journal Editor Thom Randall for doing most of my column-writing for me during my hospital stay.
