Woman arrested twice in one night

GLENS FALLS - Nicole N. MacDermid, 36, of Queensbury was charged with petit larceny and driving while intoxicated in two cases after being arrested twice in one night. MacDermid allegedly stole a can of "Twisted Tea" from the Stewart's store on Glen Street in Glens Falls and was charged with petit larceny.

The second arrest was made after she seemed intoxicated and police warned her not to drive.

She registered a BAC of .16 percent, double the .08 percent threshold for intoxication, and charged with misdemeanor DWI.
