Warrensburg Town Court Report

• Michael White Jr., 36, of Ballston Spa, was convicted April 6 of Attempted Aggravated Harassment, and received a conditional discharge. Police said that he had called a man repeatedly after being advised to stop, and at one point he had threatened to break the man's neck. White was ordered to pay a $205 surcharge and attend an Alternative Sentencing Program and obey an order of protection.

• Clifford Johnson IV, 24, was committed to jail for 45 days after a conviction of misdemeanor Petit Larceny based on a crime committed Dec. 2, when about 2,000 recyclable containers were taken from behind Direct Deposit in Warrensburg. Johnson faces a $205 surcharge due to his actions. In that case, he and another individual were apprehended after they were redeeming hundreds of the cans at once at Grand Union, and he was tracked down by Direct Deposit owner Dean Ackley.

• David and Sharon Gifford of 52 Cross Road pled Guilty to maintaining a junkyard in violation of town ordinances. A town code enforcement officer found two unregistered vehicles on the couple's property as well as a mattress and a bed.

• James Miller pled Guilty to Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and was assessed a fine and surcharge of $285.

• Thomas Millington pled Guilty to Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and faces a fine and surcharge of $285.

• Joseph R. Giustino, 26, of Forest Lake Road, Warrensburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation/Prior Conviction, based on a Jan. 25 traffic stop on River Street. His cased was adjourned to May 4.

• Burton R. Karson was committed to jail for 30 days based on a DWI conviction.

• Gregory Kunz, 45, of Clifton Park was charged with Backing Unsafely and Leaving the Scene of an Accident based on a Feb. 6 incident in Oscar's Meats parking lot, but he accepted a plea bargain of Disobeying a Traffic Device in satisfaction of both charges. He was sentenced to a fine and surcharge totalling $235.
