• Mark L. Donohue, 22, of Wevertown, was charged with third-degree Rape, a Felony. Police said he had sex June 4, 2010 with a 15-year-old girl. Donohue also faces a misdemeanor of Acting in a Manner Injurious to a child. An order of protection was issued in the case to protect the victim.

• Nicholas J. Evans, 22, was arraigned on a charge of Criminal Strangling, or criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a Misdemeanor. Police said that Evans grabbed his girlfriend at their Marion Avenue home by the throat, applied pressure, and used a pillow to cover her mouth which restricted her breathing. The victim in a statement said she and her boyfriend had a disagreement, and it turned physical - that he threw the phone, she went into the bedroom, and he forced the door open and yelled at her. Her statement to police continues that Evans then got on top of her and started to choke her, she screamed, he pushed a pillow in her face to silence the screams, then he slapped her. According to the victim's statement, this was occurring while her toddler daughter was in the room saying she was sorry about what was happening. Due to the latter alleged circumstances, Evans is also charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, misdemeanor. An order of protection was issued in the case.

• Originally charged with second-degree Criminal Trespass, Kenneth Clark of Saratoga Springs was awarded an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal. An order of Protection was issued in the case. Police had said that at about 11:06 a.m. March 16, Clark entered a house on Stacy Street and barged past a woman and her teenage daughter, and was then told to leave.

• The case of Michael S. Connelly, 38, of Harrington Hill, Lake George, was arraigned on a charge of Misdemeanor Resisting Arrest and second-degree Harassment. Police said Connelly fought police, charging at Sheriff's Patrol Officer Greg Seeley, flailing his arms and pushing the officer while he was in process of arresting him as a suspect for shoving and kicking a woman several times during an argument. Connelly was committed to Warren County jail for lack of $1,000 bail.
