PLATTSBURGH- Leonard Knepp, 27, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to five years in prison and an additional three years probation for crashing his drug-laden car and fleeing the scene. Marijuana, cocaine and crack cocaine were found in his vehicle. Knepp will serve his sentence at Downstate Correctional Facility.
