QUEENSBURY- Collin F. Patnode, 28, of Queensbury was arrested last week for aggravated felony DWI after a complaint of an intoxicated subject attempting to leave the parking lot of Hannaford on Quaker Road. A patron kept Patnode from leaving in his vehicle until police arrived. He was arrested for DWI after his BAC was found to be .25 percent.
Patnode had a prior DWI conviction in 2004 resulting in the charge for felony DWI.
He was released pending prosecution in Queensbury Town Court.
