LAKEGEORGE-Warren County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a vehicle that ran off the road at the intersection of Stone Schoolhouse Road and Lake Shore Drive in Lake George last week. The vehicle was unoccupied, according to police, but the operator was located at his residence a short distance from the scene.
Benjamin J. Rosenthal, 20, of Lake George failed a breath test with a .18 percent BAC. He was charged with aggravated DWI and issued citations for speed not reasonable and prudent and moving from a lane unsafely. He was sent to police lock-up pending arraignment.
