Man arrested for menacing

GLENS FALLS - Norman E. Ramsey, 40, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and misdemeanor menacing after a complaint from a 29-year-old man that he had been threatened with a knife, according to Glens Falls Police. Ramsey is accused of telling the victim, "I will slice you now," as he displayed the knife, police said.

The suspect fled the scene and was arrested minutes later.

Ramsey was arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail for lack of bail.
