Hudson Falls man acquires second DWI

HUDSON FALLS - Paul T. Mulvey, 50, of Melbourne Avenue was arrested last week during a traffic stop on Ferry Street, authorities said. He was stopped because a license plate lamp was out, police records show.

He was found to have a BAC of 0.11 percent. Mulvey was charged with felony DWI because he has at least one prior DWI conviction. He was acquitted of a felony DWI charge last July after a trial in Washington County Court.

Mulvey was arraigned and sent to Washington County Jail without bail because he has two or more prior felony convictions.
