RAY BROOK - Ray Brook, a medium- security, Federal Correctional Institution discontinued its lockdown April 1.
The lockdown was initiated following significantly large inmate groupings in the recreation yard.
For the 1,174 inmates, the lockdown included cell confinement, and privilege revocation.
