Man threatened police

GLENS FALLS - Arthur E. Passino, 45, of Fredella Avenue was charged after threatening police with a piece of wood with nails in it last week, according ot Glens Falls police.

Passino was intoxicated, according to police, who were called to the property in response to a reported domestic dispute. No one else was home when police arrived.

He was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and the misdemeanor of second-degree menacing, police said.

Passino was arraigned and sent to Warren County Jail for lack of bail.
