PITTSFORD - On March 30, the Vermont State Police responded to the intersection of Route 7 and Sangamon Road in Pittsford to assist a Middlebury Police officer dealing with a criminally suspended driver. The operator, identified as Richard King, 33, of Pittsford, was suspended for a previous DUI. King was subsequently arrested and transported to the barracks for processing. He was released on a citation to appear in Rutland County District Court to answer to the charge of DLS.
