Sentinels tumble

Ticonderoga lost to Plattsburgh, 143.55-130.95, in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference gymnastics action Sept. 21.

Joann Campbell paced Ti, winning the beam. She was also second in the all-around competition and floor exercise, third on the bars and sixth in the vault.

Devin Davis tied for first in the vault and was sixth in the floor exercise for the Sentinels.

Amanda Charlton took third place in the bam and fourth in the all-around for the locals.

Keely Cooper was fifth in the all around and sixth on the beam, while Emilee Namer was sixth in the all around for Ti.

Peru 142.85, Ticonderoga 135.4

Joann Campbell won the all-around competition, but Peru beat Ticonderoga, 142.85-135.4, in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference gymnastics action Sept. 24.

Campbell also won the floor exercise, was second on the bars and was fourth in the vault and on the beam.

Devin Davis was first in the vault, third on the bars and fourth in the floor exercise for Ti.

Amanda Charlton won the beam and was fifth in the all-around for the Sentinels.

Emilee Namer was fifth on the beam, Ryann Wiktorko was fifth in the vault and Keely Cooper was sixth in the all-around for the locals.
