EMMA
8 year old. Female. Quaker Parakeet
My friend, Abby Lorenzo, and I are a pair of Quaker Parakeets. We will probably live another 25 years so our adoptive family needs to make sure they are ready for a long term commitment. We like to sing and talk and we can be loud at times but we have a lot to say so we hope you will listen.
FELIX
6 year old. Neutered Male. Domestic Short Hair Gray and White.
I am a handsome fella and oh so loveable. I am here because my owner is off to college and no kitties are allowed in the dorms. I am declawed in the front and have lived with other cats and dogs. I can be a little shy at first but stay around and I am sure you will be pleased with my personality.

Sidney is a sweet male tiger cat we think may be crossed with a Bengal as his markings are so striking. He is very friendly toward people and gets along well with everyone in the Community Cat Room. He is about 2 years old and was brought to us as his owner could no longer care for him. Currently at the Shelter are 31 cats, 9 kittens, 4 dogs and 1 dwarf rabbit - all seeking forever homes. Call the Shelter at 885-3997 or visit noon-4:30.
We have begun a new program to unite life experienced cats with life experienced people. Our Senior to Senior Program offers "mature" cats to people 60 or over at no adoption fee. These wonderful cats still have years of loving companionship to offer yet are difficult to find homes for. Who better to understand the joys of maturity than seniors and each can bring loving friendship to the other.
