ROUSES POINT - All Rouses Point water customers - residential and commercial - are requested to conserve water usage until further notice. Due to the recent storms, strong winds and temperature changes, a turn over in Lake Champlain has occurred. This greatly affects the water quality. Due to the water conditions of Lake Champlain the Water Treatment Plant is experiencing difficulties in maintaining adequate water levels for the village.
