TICONDEROGA - The St. Vincent de Paul Society will serve a free spaghetti dinner Thursday, Sept. 23, at St. Mary's School, 4:30 to 6 p.m.
The dinner includes spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad, bread, beverage and dessert. All are welcome.
