Frank Leonbruno

At the Aug. 29 ceremony celebrating the completion of the Bolton town pier Dusty and Nancy Rhodes of Bolton hold a photograph of Frank Leonbruno in the 1930s, dressed up in a Civilian Conservation Corps uniform. The pier was officially re-dedicated to Leonbruno, a community pillar for decades, and a town supervisor.
