• The case of Francesco Carrillo, 27, of Beacon, NY, was adjourned. He is charged with DWAI, and Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, based on an incident at 6:20 p.m. Aug 8, when he was stopped on Northway after illegally driving on the roadway's shoulder. Police measured his blood-alcohol level at 0.07.

• Warren Devoe, 23, Library Ave., pled Guilty to Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Police had apprehended him on Library Ave. possessing a Baggie of the substance. Devoe was assessed a fine and surcharge totaling $225.

• The case of Ernest Donable, 25, of Elmont NY, was adjourned to Sept. 1. He was charged with third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, July 14 after he was stopped on the Northway near Exit 24. Police said he was speeding 70 miles per hour in a work zone that had a limit of 50 m.p.h. posted.

• The case of Kelly J. Rafferty, 37, of 44 Elm St., Warrensburg, was adjourned to Sept. 1. She faces a Felony charge of Criminal Mischief due to causing more than $1,500 worth of damage to the vehicle belonging to her husband, Jonathan Rafferty, police said. Authorities said that at 10:20 a.m. on Aug. 1, she took a sharp item and made multiple deep scratches to the driver's side of the vehicle, a 2008 Toyota Tundra pickup. She is also charged with second-degree Harassment, a Violation, for pushing her husband in the chest with both hands that day at their residence.

• A judgement of $2,045 was granted against Todd Reed, 255 River St., Warrensburg, to force him to repay a personal loan from Philip J. Viger of Gansevoort. According to the court judgement, Reed had obtained the loan of $2,030 for a deposit on vehicle, car insurance and car registration, attorney's fees and a cash advance.
