SCHROON LAKE - Schroon Lake Fish & Game Club's annual chicken and lobster bake will be held on Saturday, Sept. 11, noon to 6 p.m.
The bake will consist of roast pig, corn on the cob, clam chowder, sausages, hamburgers, salads, potatoes, chicken, lobster, assorted beverages, music and games. Tickets are $15 for chicken and trimmings, $20 for lobster and trimmings or $30 for all. People should bring their own silverware.
