PRIDE hires program aide

TICONDEROGA - Marci Hall is PRIDE's new program assistant.

"Marci will be working with us on our HOME Program and other on-going projects throughout the community," PRIDE Executive Director Sharon Reynolds said.

Hall has 25 years of experience in program development, communications and marketing.

"Our recent grant awards and our expanded outreach to our neighboring communities have given us many opportunities to assist other organizations and municipalities with their grant writing and grant administration and Marci's broad background will assist in this effort," stated Reynolds.

PRIDE is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, revitalizing, implementing, directing and effecting community development.

Its most recent programs include the HOME Program for rehabilitation of single family homes, the New York Main Street Program to assist downtown business owners with building repairs, and the Department of Transportation ARRA Project involving the conversion of the Alexandria Avenue train trestle to a walking and biking trail expanding the LaChute River Trail.
