The Indians were on the verge of scoring what could have been the tying TD in the closing minute of the first half, but Landon Cross intercepted a pass for Moriah to preserve the lead.
The second half was a defensive struggle with no points going on the scoreboard.
Cambridge had a final chance to tie the game. The Indians drove 69 yards to the Moriah 7 yard line with less than a minute to play in the game.
Cross came up big again for Moriah, batting down a fourth down pass to seal the victory.
Tuckahoe reached the state semifinal game with a 43-8 victory over Chester of Section IX at Dietz Stadium in Kingston Nov. 13.
Jarrett Sommer became Tuckahoe's all-time career leading rusher in the game. He had 132 yards on 11 carries to reach 3,375 yards in his career.
Punt/kick returner Shyheim Nixon scored twice in the contest, once on a punt return and again on a kick off return.
Tuckahoe, 8-1 on the season, out-gained Chester, 360-117.
