TICONDEROGA - Essex County Public Health recently exercised its emergency preparedness plan by holding a mass vaccination clinic in Ticonderoga. This type of clinic is conducted once annually and designed to practice vaccinating large groups of people in as short a time as possible. This year 198 people from Ticonderoga and surrounding communities attended the clinic.
