Cullin Johnston of Crown Point solves a maze problem. Cullin attends CV-TEC in Mineville to study security and law enforcement. "Mazes are an excellent way to introduce the concepts of paths and vertices," said Lance Sayward, math teacher at CV-TEC. Sayward uses mazes to introduce the study of graph theory, which can be applied to delivery or patrol routes, and snow removal.
