Mt. Sinai No. 3 Shriners, Sinai Joes Clown Unit and St. Lodge 41 Mason's of Springfield sponsored a food drive last week in the parking lot accross from Peebles store in the Springfield Shopping Plaza.
Foods donated were cereal's, canned fruit, peanut butter, jelly's, low-sodium vegetables, low sugar fruit, spaghetti sauce and pet food. The familiar Shriners white trailer, decorated with clown images, was easily visible to shoppers.
