PORT HENRY - Hans Anders, an intern with the Essex County Historical Society, will present a program on the "Social Impact of the Champlain Bridge Closing" Thursday, June 10, at 6 p.m. at the Sherman Free Library in Port Henry. He will discuss the impact the bridge closing has had on the communities affected by the closing of the bridge.
