The Chinese house specialties not to be missed include tangerine shrimp, which is lightly deep fried with tangerine skin and hot pepper; peppercorn scallops with Thai basil sauce, fresh asparagus, and assorted vegetables; and Hunan lamb served with a brown and spicy sauce with vegetables.
