Rutland woman arrested for heroin dealing

RUTLAND-The Southern Vermont Drug Task Force over the past several months has conducted an investigation into the distribution of heroin in the Rutland area.

The investigation revealed the heroin was readily available for sale by Holly Palmer, age 35, of Rutland City.

Palmer was arrested without incident and was released on a citation. She is being charged with three felony counts of selling heroin and will appear in Rutland County Court June 14.
