CROWN POINT - The Extra Helpings food program is available in Crown Point. The May menu includes 2 pounds of turkey burgers, 3 pounds of boneless chicken breasts, 1.5 pounds of beef patties, a pound of beef hot dogs, a pound of fresh strawberries and a pound bag of coleslaw mix for $21.
The $12.75 special is 5 pounds of boneless spare ribs. The $19.25 special is 10 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
The $32 meat box includes 3 pounds of boneless spare ribs, 3 pounds of salisbury steak, 3 pounds of beef patties, 3 pounds of chicken tenders and 2 pounds of maple-flavored breakfast link sausage.
The deadline for entries is 2 p.m. May 10. Pick up will be May 26 11 a.m. to noon. For information call Wendy Ingleston at 597-3035.
