"He really enjoyed last year and is looking forward to this year," said Way.
Money raised from events like this Saturday's Texas Hold 'Em Tournament helps Christopher attend programs such as that as well as help his family afford unexpected expenses, said Way.
Agoney said he encourages people to come out to help support "a very special boy everyone loves a lot."
"We're hoping we have a good turnout," said Agoney. "I know a lot of people like to play cards. It should be a lot of fun."
This Saturday's tournament will begin with registration from 12-1 p.m. The cost to enter is $50. Prizes valued at $2,000 for will be awarded to the top 15 places.
