Delbert Ainsworth of Warrensburgh was sentenced March 17, 1910 to the Albany penitentiary for a term of six months by Justice Hodgson. The complaint was made by Albert West of Thurman who testified Ainsworth choked him and stole his watch and $10 on their way from Warrensburgh to Harrington Hill.
Ainsworth was arrested by Constable A.C. Stone for assault. He admitted to the robbery and returned the stolen property. He was taken to the "pen" by Constable Stone.
