Bikers work to improve lives, local community

"Raffle prizes include romantic getaways and gift certificates to local restaurants and businesses," she said. "The drawing will take place at the annual SWFR Spring Swap Meet coming up on Sunday, May 16, at the Spartan Arena."

Another upcoming event for SWFR, joining with Fairwood Lanes in Fair Haven, will be a fun-filled "bowlathon" Sunday, March 14, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Bowlers will help raise money to purchase telephone cards for Vermont troops and other U.S. militart personnel serving overseas.
