With all this nice weather we've been having, why not try taking your next workout outdoors? You'll get a break from your normal routine, get some fresh air, and bank some vitamin D. Head over to a local track or running path and try the following workout. Remember to choose a level suited to your level of fitness and always consult your doctor before beginning an exercise program. These workouts are not for everyone.
This workout is done for time so be sure to record your time when you are done. Revisit this workout occasionally (not daily or even weekly) to see how your fitness is improving.
