Tired of the same old routine? Bored with the gym? Need to jump start your fitness? My outdoor fitness boot camp may be just what you need!
The first question people ask me is, "What is boot camp?" My boot camps are designed to accommodate different fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes. Think outside of the box. No fancy equipment, just your body, your goals, your motivation, your results. All exercises can be done at a pace that is appropriate for you and your fitness level and any exercise can be modified to fit your needs as well. You can expect to participate in exercises including, but not limited to, bodyweight exercises (pushups, squats, lunges, etc.), plyometrics, obstacle courses, yoga, games, and more. You will build endurance, strength, flexibility, self esteem, and a great body. Best of all, you will have fun and make great friends all while improving your health and fitness.
Anyone in good health with no major underlying medical conditions can participate in my boot camp. It is recommended to get your doctors approval before beginning an exercise program. The cost is $99 for four weeks, meeting on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 p.m. The first session will begin Tuesday, June 15, and run until Thursday, July 8.
