The Rutland City Department of Public Works is making needed improvements to the stormwater system on Allen Street. Motorists should expect delays, one-way traffic, with Allen Street being closed at times between Mahoney Court and the lower entrance to RRMC hospital. Detours can be made along Mussey Street, Curtis Avenue and Stratton Road.
