PLATTSBURGH - The Diabetes Education Center at CVPH Medical Center will offer a 4-week session of the Diabetes Self Management Education program beginning Monday, Aug. 2 .
The program will be held in the third floor conference room of the Miner Medical Arts Building, 214 Cornelia St., on the CVPH Campus. Classes will be held at 10 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. to accommodate registrants' schedules. Subsequent Monday class dates are Aug. 9, Aug. 16, and Aug. 23. A physician referral is needed to register.
