PLATTSBURGH - The Elmore SPCA animal shelter will host its "Have a Heart" fundraiser Saturday, Feb. 6, at Champlain Centre mall, 60 Smithfield Blvd., from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The fundraiser will consist of a sale of items for human and pet valentines.
Donations of canned dog or cat food, pet treats or dry pet food are encouraged for homeless pets. There will be a Valentine Paws for Cause, and raffle.
