Everyone enjoyed a warmer weekend after a few weeks of bitter cold.


Mary Russell was able to come home on Sunday after being in the hospital for over a week.

Rodney Wolfe Jr. and Yanden Cleveland enjoyed sharing time together over the weekend.

Roman Cleveland received a commendation for helping 80 year old Herbert Johnson when a fire in his back yard got out of control. Cleveland was able to put the fire out and removed Johnson's burning clothing, but was not able to save his life.

Brianna Dunkley was voted as Miss New Melle in Missouri. She is the daughter of Patrick and Debbie Dunkley. She received scholarship money towards college and will be going to Columbia College to study medicine. She has also qualified for the Miss Missouri pageant this year. "We are very proud of her. Not only is she beautiful, but also a very good student and good young lady," said her grandmother Elke Dunkley.


Sledding Party at Camp Triumph on Saturday Jan. 23 starting at 11 am. There will be refreshments served. Bring your sledding and skiing gear.

The Calvary Youth will be attending Camp of the Woods in Speculator on Jan. 18 from 1 - 7 pm. They will enjoy gym time, rock climbing, games and tubing

Adam and Courtney Richards are the proud parents of baby Sullivan Ray Richard, born on Jan. 18 at 4:18 am. He weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. and was 19.5 in. long
