A Senior Citizens' fitness class will be offered soon at the River Street Athletic Club at the River Street Plaza.
Called "Forever Fit," the class is to be held from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. This exercise class will consist of warm up and low-impact strength training and lots of stretching. The class is intended to increase mobility of participants. The four-week session, to start as soon as the first week in March, will cost $8 per class - $64 total for the wight sessions, to be paid in advance.
